To register you interest in participating in the Ealing LINk, simply complete the LINk Registration Form online via the 'Register now' link or download the Application Form. If you need the registration form in large print format or another language or in some other way to make joining easy for you. We will acknowledge your registration and send you an information pack about the LINk and the opportunities to get involved.
